Hello Mr. Goff,
I felt absolutely compelled to write you a note. I have always been fascinated with crossbows, but they all were so heavy and bulky... till surfing the net one day and I saw a picture of yours. Love at first sight ! Researched the forums, including the crossbow haters and the "that thang is ugly, it don't even look like a crossbow " purists. Isn't that what the purists said about the stealth fighter plane too ? Anyway , I hope the archery nation will recognize what a fine advancement and contribution you have made to the industry. I am now a part of that nation because of you , as are countless hundreds of disabled people that simply could not be even a part of it with a conventional bow or the behemoth crossbows that are everywhere.
The quality of your workmanship and dedication to your craft is truly inspiring . My 401k will not be getting as large of an annual contribution in the years to come but I'm sure having a heck of a good time with this bow. I can't wait to try the new mini version and I'm sure you have others on the blackboard. It is truly a example of functional art in motion. Thank you sir.
You guys have a great product there!
Jerry,
Yes, you guys have a great product there. I couldn't wait to see what the Mini would do so I went out on the back porch & shot into the crabgrass about 15 yards out. Needless to say the arrow vanished. I suspect it's underground somewhere.
I have a target set up at about 50yrds now. My shooting pattern is a little broad, but getting better. I've got to concentrate on not flinching when I release the arrow.
